FLX Rewards - Points Expiration

We’re updating the FLX Rewards program Terms & Conditions, effective January 28, 2026.

What’s changing:

· Points will continue to expire 12 months after they’re earned, but now on the last day of the expiration month.
Example: points earned on May 23, 2026 will expire May 31, 2027.

· Earning points, redeeming points, or making purchases will no longer extend expiration. Unless redeemed, points will expire.

· Points earned before January 28, 2026 will expire on the last day of the month that occurs 12 months after your last earn, purchase or redemption activity.

However, any such activity that occurs after January 28, 2026 will not extend the expiration date of points earned prior to January 28, 2026.

Example: If your last activity was June 10, 2025, those points expire June 30, 2026.

No action is needed—these changes will apply automatically. By continuing to use FLX Rewards, you continue to agree to the updated Terms & Conditions. You may deactivate your account anytime without penalty by calling Customer Service.

We encourage you to check your points balance and redeem your points for FLX Cash or other rewards before they expire.
