We're committed to getting highly sought-after sneakers and other releases into hands of fans like you.

That's why we created a virtual waiting room. It helps us handle heavy traffic and keeps you updated on your place in line.

    1. Go to the release calendar and find the item you want to buy.
    2. Join the virtual lobby a few minutes before the release item is available to buy.
    3. When the release drops, the waiting room will open. You will then enter the line.
    4. If it's your turn to buy (meaning the release item is in your cart), then you have 5 minutes to check out.
