    Champs Sports knows how important your style is to you, and that having access to the freshest launches is a vital part of that. Our App-based procedure is designed to make your Champs Sports experience seamless and convenient.

    TYPES OF LAUNCH PROCEDURES

    1. First come first served
    2. App Launch Reservation

    Through the latest App update, the Launch Locator feature allows you to easily identify and follow launch procedures at the store of your choice. The App Launch Reservation option allows you to select styles through the App. If available, choose up to three stores where the App procedure applies, then select your size to start your countdown clock. When your countdown clock expires, you'll be notified via the App of the outcome of your submission.

      Log into the App using your account on ChampsSports.com, or create one in the App with a valid email address.

      Enable "location," "beacon" and "push notifications."

      Enter the Launch Locator from the home screen.

      From the Launch Locator, select a release to identify the launch procedures that apply.

    • Searching for Stores

      If the App Launch Reservation procedure applies, select up to three stores where you could pick it up.

    • Selecting the Size

      Select your size. Once size has been selected your countdown clock will begin.

      Earn In-Store Check-In 'Head Starts' or edit your submission up until 24 hours prior to the countdown clock expiration.

    • My Countdowns Page

      Once the countdown clock hits zero, unlock the outcome of your submission under "My Countdowns." If you enabled push notifications, you also will get a notification that your outcome is available.

      Present your App confirmation and a valid photo ID to the store indicated. Any reservation not purchased within the specified date and time frame will be forfeited.

      REMEMBER

      • APP LAUNCH RESERVATION INFORMATION: All pick-up deadlines for weekends are 3pm local time and weekdays 6pm local time. For further information please contact your local store. Find a store.
      • *The Launch Reservation app program is available in select stores in the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USVI and Guam are excluded.
      • To have the latest version downloaded from the App store or Google Play store.
      • The App Launch Reservation Program applies only to select Launch product.
      • Launch procedures will be available the week leading up to the release date.
      • You must have a ChampsSports.com account, valid email address and be signed into the App in order to enter the Launch Locator, and enter an App Launch Reservation submission for an upcoming release.
      • You must have a mobile device present when picking up a reservation.
      • All submission details (size, stores, In-store Check-In Head Start) can be edited up until 24 hours prior to the countdown clock expiring.
      • Reservations are non-transferable.
