| Designed specifically for trail running, the Vibram® FiveFingers Spyridon LS running shoe protects the foot from rugged surfaces, but maintains the barefoot running feel. The XSTrek Vibram rubber outsole is a 3.5 millimeter minimalist design, but still provides sufficient protection from stones and debris. A molded nylon mesh is the midsole has a "rock block" effect by dispersing impact over a wider area. The three millimeter Polyurethane insole features an antimicrobial Dri-Lex® sockliner to prevent bacterial growth and odor. A Coconut Active Carbon upper made of stretch mesh and polyamide offers natural breathability and an adjustable, hook-and-loop closure for a secure fit.
