No Sew mesh upper offers breathability to help keep the foot cool. Personal Heel Fit (PHF) is a two-layer memory foam lining in the heel collar which creates a personalized fit. Solyte™ midsole improves bounce-back characteristics and decreases midsole breakdown. Rearfoot GEL® Cushioning System attenuates shock during impact. Forefoot GEL® Cushioning System attenuates shock during toe-off. Impact Guidance System (I.G.S.®) is utilized in the lateral heel to further decouple the shock of the heel strike. DuoMax® Support System is located in the medial midfoot and is a dual-density midsole that is designed to reduce excess pronation. Guidance Line® is a vertical flex groove component of I.G.S. and is primarily articulated in the forefoot to improve gait efficiency. ASICS® High Abrasion Rubber (AHAR®) is located in the heel and offers exceptional durability.
