Shipping and handling fees depend upon the number of items ordered and the method of delivery that you choose.
Street addresses are required to ensure proper delivery for online orders. Orders sent to PO Boxes can only be sent via Standard delivery (6-8 Business days). Please allow up to 12 business days for delivery. If you do not have a street address (i.e. PO Box), please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance at 1.800.991.6813.
Based on the level of service you have requested and your proximity to our Distribution Center in Wisconsin, we may use an alternate method to ship your order. On all orders shipped faster than Standard Delivery (6-8 Business days), we will guarantee delivery or we will reimburse you the additional shipping costs.
1 Business Day (Contiguous US)
Orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) prior to 11 A.M. Central Standard Time will ship the same day, subject to complete verification. Orders placed after 11 A.M. will ship the following business day, subject to complete verification. Orders processed on the weekend will ship on the next business day (Monday). Please allow one business day for your package to arrive once it leaves our Distribution Center. Business days do not include weekends or US holidays.
Orders shipped within the Contiguous US are subject to a $5 handling fee along with a $1.99 shipping charge per item. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to an $8 handling fee along with a $1.99 shipping charge per item. In addition, 1 Business Day orders are subject to a processing and handling fee of $24.99.
